Qualifications

• Must have a relevant high school certificate or equivalent
  
• Must have the ability to lift 20kg weights
  
• Must have strong organizational and management skills
  
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  
• Must be able to work well under pressure
  
• Must be able to work with a computer
  
• Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance is a plus
  
• Basic knowledge in electronic appliances or battery charging

• Manage inventory of batteries and ensure that there is a sufficient supply at all times
  
• Coordinate with customers to schedule battery rental and return
  
• Monitor and maintain the charging station
  
• Supervise and train customers on safety, and proper handling of batteries
  
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of battery rental and return transactions
  
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
  
• Oversee daily operations in the absence of the business owner
  
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working order, and schedule maintenance as needed
  
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot charging related issues with the customers
