The Financial Advisor is expected to reach out to potential Life Insurance clients and take them through a process that analyses their needs/vulnerabilities and offers befitting insurance-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting. Using all legal means and tools at your disposal to generate leads which can then be taken through the sales process. This also includes qualifying the prospects to be left only with those who fit the bill.

  • Need Analysis. Taking the time to probe with the aim of understanding the prospects pressing needs. Using our Needs Analysis form and other information gathering procedures to get a clear picture of who the prospect is.

  • Presentation. Taking the prospect through the product features and benefits and marching their needs with the benefits the product offers.

  • Follow-up. Setting up a follow-up schedule for all presentations done with the view of closing the business.

  • After Sale Service. Maintaining a cordial relationship with existing clients by taking care of their concerns and needs. Using this relationship to initiate resales and referral business.

Reporting Relationship: Reporting to the Unit Manager.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Sales and Marketing Training

  • Previous Work experience an added advantage

  • Previous Sales Experience also an added advantage.

  • Availability to start immediately.
