  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

  • Strive towards having better understanding of customers and their requirements so as to be able to advise them in making better purchasing decisions.

  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system, keep current by updating account information regularly and developing strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales accounts and prospect activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within assigned territories.

  • Monitor sales to ensure targets and objectives are met while working towards monthly or annual targets assigned as well as increase in number of accounts brand visibility of company products.

  • Ensure optimal availability of products over long and short term monitoring Supply is met against Demand.

  • Ensure Route to Market & Territory Management optimization.

  • Maintain updated customers ledgers. Take full accountability and responsibility of all/ any outstanding payment and ensure collection payment as per company policy.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, competitor’s activities reports, offer suggestion and promotion reports and any other required.

  • Hold regular meetings with HOD to discuss and analyze on progress, challenges, suggestions and recommendations for smooth flow of the business.


  • Bachelors in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.

  • MUST have 3- 5years work experience in Sales & Marketing field.

  • MUST have proven experience in General Trade Channel.

  • Strong understanding of customer and market Dynamics and requirements.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Ability to work as a team player.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT skills.

  • Should have access to smart device (Phone/ Tablet)

  • Should be highly motivated and aggressive sales person.

  • Should be presentable & well kept at all times

  • Should be able to make simple calculations, such as interest, discounts, percentages, and proportions.

  • Any other Skills and/ or knowledge will be an added advantage.
