Facilitate Vehicle sales and prospecting by first understanding vehicles through studying their features and capabilities, as well as comparing and contrasting competitive models.
Develop customer base by keeping good relationship previous and new customers, responding to inquiries, recommend sales campaigns and promotions.
Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interest to various models.
Close sales by overcoming objection (s); complete sales or purchase contracts, explain provisions; offer services, warranties and financing; collect payment and handle the entire release process to collection of the vehicles.
Meeting with Sales Manager to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and business targets.
Research and identify the needs of clients and solutions best suited for them. Identify and grow opportunities by achieving set sales target
Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business.
Degree in Sales/Engineering or a related field.
Ability to plan and execute sales and marketing activities.
At least 3 years of sales with a track record of meeting and surpassing targets.
Excellent at communication skills/expressing oneself.
Must be able to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards
Must be aggressive in selling; and possess a positive attitude.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Must be Computer literate.
Must be proactive and focused to achieve sales quotas.
Self – motivated, aggressive and outgoing personality
A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle and resolve complaints from customers
