About the role :

As a Sales & Marketing Manager specializing in off-plan real estate, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the sales & marketing team to achieve sales targets and promote our projects effectively.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to support the company's overall objectives and growth. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, manage marketing campaigns, advertisement, create social media strategy etc.

About the role :

As a Sales & Marketing Manager specializing in off-plan real estate, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the sales & marketing team to achieve sales targets and promote our projects effectively.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to support the company's overall objectives and growth. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, manage marketing campaigns, advertisement, create social media strategy etc.



  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, professional development, and adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales closures, and implement corrective measures to optimize results

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders, providing them with personalized support throughout the sales process

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, and incorporate findings into sales strategies and product development initiatives

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and projections, and collaborate with the finance department to ensure alignment with overall financial objectives and targets

  • Coordinate and conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including contract negotiations, documentation, payments, and post-sales support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

  • Collaborate with the project development, finance, and legal departments to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, project timelines, legal requirements, and financial considerations

  • Manage marketing & advertising campaigns and events, both online and offline


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field and relevant professional certification is a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of off-plan property sales processes and market dynamics in Nairobi

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals

  • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software

  • Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry regulations

  • Additional certifications or qualifications in real estate or sales are a plus
