The Command Centre Manager, is responsible for overseeing and managing the various teams within the command center. He/she is the focal point for all operational activities, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and collaboration among the teams. The command center manager's primary objective will be to optimize the command center’s efficiency and effectiveness, guaranteeing timely and accurate response to incidents and emergencies. He/she reports directly to the Head of Security Surveillance & Investigations and works closely with team members and other stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of performance.
• Team Management: Oversee and manage multiple teams within the command centre, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor day-to-day activities of the command centre to ensure seamless functioning and timely response to incidents and emergencies.
• Incident Coordination: Coordinate and lead incident response activities across teams, adhering to established protocols and escalation procedures.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate and optimize resources across different teams to meet operational demands and maintain continuous coverage.
