Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food items, beverages, supplies, and equipment. Track stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
Receiving and Storing: Receive deliveries of food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
Properly store items in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
Quality Control: Inspect incoming items for quality and accuracy, and report any discrepancies or
issues to the management.
Ordering: Place orders with suppliers to replenish stock. Compare prices and negotiate deals to obtain the best value for the restaurant.
Organization: Keep storage areas clean and well-organized, following food safety and health
regulations. Label and date items to ensure proper rotation and freshness.
Waste Reduction: Minimize waste by tracking product expiration dates, using the first-in, first-out

Reporting: Maintain records of inventory levels, orders, and expenses. Provide regular reports to
management regarding inventory status and any notable trends.
