Systems Administrator

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years working experience in ERP implementation.
  
• Must have a degree/diploma in Computer Engineering/Science/ IT/ Business studies
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics business central modules with focus on Manufacturing/ Warehousing and Service Management is required
  
• Knowledge in powerbi and power automate will be an added advantage
  
• Any ERP Certification.

• Help with implementation and integration of the software.
  
• Conducted end user training on application software.
  
• Carrying out system audits on the utilization and viability of the organization software
  
• Responsible for end-to-end planning of the project including resources, sprints, milestones, timeline, and deadlines
  
• Take full ownership of all project stages from business requirements gathering to product delivery
  
• Own the technical implementation of the project they are handling and ensure that project is on track, deadlines are met, and progress/bottlenecks is communicated to management
  
• Prepare, review, and own the technical documentation of his/her projects
  
• Responsible for data center management and support.
  
• Provide feedback to enhance business processes and initiate process improvement to achieve operational excellence
  
• Maintain up to date documentation of software applications.
  
• Monitors user operations, records frequency and extent of problems experienced and takes corrective action.
  
• Validate any changes in customizing.
