The Technical Advisor, Accountability will be responsible for improving health systems accountability and structures
for transparent, efficient and effective delivery of quality health services including Strengthened Capacity andCommitment of Leadership to Advance Shared Goals and Strengthened Systems and Structures to Ensure CitizensVoice and Participation in Health Sector Decision Making.• At least Eight (8) years of Public Health experience four (4) of which must includemanaging, complex technical
service delivery programs of similar scope and dollar value.• At least a Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Medicine, Management, Business Administration,or a related field.
• Working knowledge of USAID policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of administration and budget management.
• Prior experience in improving health system accountability is desired.
• Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required
