To ensure all the vehicles are up to date on the tracking system. Vehicles are driven as per the set company/government guidelines and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a tracking role
Ability to coordinate and respond to emergency situations
Ability to generate reports from the system and understand them.
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related course
2 years experience in working in a tracking office.
Business Understanding:
Understand the geographical area of the routes vehicles use
Understand fleet management systems used by the company
Understand procedures of operations.
Knowledge:
Functional Skills:
Tracking of truck/bus locations by GPS system.
Monitoring truck/bus driver performance.

Microsoft office
