Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Receive/coordinate valuation requests and assign them to the field valuation officer.
Liaise with valuation officer, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure all instructions are executed in a timely manner.
Support valuation officers in the field in case of demanding urgent tasks.
Ensure smooth running of department daily operation is met.
Attend planned meetings, give insight, and challenges, and identify and defined planned activities.
Delivering the highest level of professional services to the client and other stakeholders.
Perform quality control work on tasks submitted by field valuation officers.
Answer to emails/voice calls and respond to technical queries.
Perform the managers work in his/her absence.
Attend board meeting in absence of the valuation manager.
Train valuation officers to sharpen their technical skills.
Qualifications and skills
Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field.
Prior experience in the vehicle valuation industry with at least Four years of experience in the vehicle quality control department.
Holder of a clean driving licence with 2 years of experience with classes BCE & FG.
High level of confidentiality & Integrity.
Must be a result-oriented person.
Good customer service, interpersonal, presentation & communication skills.
Must have a valid police clearance certificate.
Must be computer literate/proficiency.
Have knowledge in vehicle systems & Components.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
