Minimum Requirements
- A relevant Masters degree and a university degree in Agriculture, Finance, Economics Agribusiness, or related discipline.
- Relevant professional work experience with at least 7 years in rural finance and agriculture value chains development with at least 3 years in donor funded projects.
- Good understanding of agriculture value chains development and rural finance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
- Practical knowledge of Information Communication Technology (ICT) skills.

- Good skills in strategic planning and partnership building.
- Knowledge in climate / green finance will be an added advantage
