  • To coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.
  • To ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis.
  • For general office duties such as greeting visitors, managing office supplies, overseeing other administrative staff, owning petty cash budgets, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings.
  • To ensure that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.
  • To undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
  • Double as the company driver.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.
  • Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed
  • Guarantee that products and staff are protected and secured
  • Ensure that vehicles are always kept perfect and clean by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle.
  • Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
  • Report any instance of mishap or accident to the dispatcher or supervisor
  • Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s).
  • Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
  • Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
