Responsibilities

  • Driving executives to meetings, conferences, social engagements, and other events as requested.
  • Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations on time.
  • Monitoring traffic conditions, including, road construction and congestion, and relaying information to the executives in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made.
  • Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues.
  • Ensure the company vehicle is safe and clean for use.
  • Good knowledge of traffic regulation and always ensuring full compliance always.
  • Working independently and adhering to established policies and guidelines.
  • Fulfil administrative needs like office pick-up and delivery.
