Equipment Maintenance:

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on hatchery machinery, poultry equipment, and related facilities.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and implement appropriate solutions.

Preventive Maintenance:

  • Assist in the development and execution of preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct regular checks to identify and address potential issues before they lead to downtime.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, as well as compliance with local and national regulations.
  • Participate in safety audits and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts used.
  • Prepare reports as needed to track equipment performance and maintenance costs.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in managing the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
  • Communicate inventory needs to the Maintenance Manager to ensure the availability of essential items.

Team Support:

  • Collaborate with the maintenance team, providing assistance and support as needed.
  • Assist in training and mentorship activities for less experienced team members.

Emergency Response:

  • Be available for emergency maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime during critical situations.
