1. Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable institution.

2. Current legal registration and good standing with the relevant Bar Association.

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role or previous internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

4. Strong understanding of key areas of law, such as contract law, commercial law, and intellectual property.

5. Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.

6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal concepts to clients and colleagues.

8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

9. Proficiency in using legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in different departments to address legal issues and provide practical solutions.

5. Stay up-to-date with changes in the legal landscape and industry trends to ensure adherence to legal protocols and best practices.

6. Assist in maintaining legal databases and documentation systems.
