Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure as an architect (ARCON certification) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on commercial/residential/industrial projects, with a minimum project value at N750million.
- Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.

Key Duties
- Architectural Design: Lead the design process from conceptualization to detailed execution, ensuring adherence to project requirements, codes, and standards.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including establishing project timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with the PMs on client communication, addressing their concerns, presenting design proposals, and incorporating feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design, incorporating innovative solutions into project designs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate architectural designs seamlessly with other project components.
- Construction: Experience working with grade A contractors on complex construction projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements throughout the design and construction phases.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and cost overruns.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement, contributing to the refinement of architectural processes and methodologies.
