- Interest in and understanding of the telecom sector

Primary Duties
- Overall security responsibility of personnel and assets across project footprint
- Oversee site security surveys and monitoring to determine localized risks and threats to asset integrity across locations
- Reviewing minimum security standards on a periodic basis to ensure that cost effective standards are introduced that balance commercial impact with security
- Lead the identification, selection, training, and management of subcontractors that provide security services to CBE on a cost effective and safe basis
- Be the security single point of contact for clients, and security forces for all operations and management of incidents
- To be the focal point for the E2E management of security emergencies and incident management, coordinating stakeholders with established policies and processes
- Develop, own, and update the security risk assessment system for each project, working with partners, external experts, subcontractors, and clients
- Manage security incident management, including initial response, investigations, reporting, and prosecutions
- Develop and maintain security policies and protocols, and ensuring timely addressing of any gaps
- Support the CBE technical team on an adhoc basis on projects across the full CBE ESCo portfolio.
