- HND / OND / FLSC qualification with at least 2 years experience in a janitorialor similar role.

Responsibilities

- Clean the interior of the apartmentincluding floors, rugs, windows, walls and kitchen.
- Disinfect commonly used items like tables and door handles.
- Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
- Maintain outdoor grounds.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment and tools
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Clean and maintain restrooms.
- Running errands for guests in the apartment.
- Deep cleaning of the Apartment including hidden corners.
- Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment.
