- Payroll Administration.
- Handling all accounts payable and receivable.
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
- Recording transactions, payments, and expenses, and processing invoices.
- Tracking the expenses of the company and finding ways to minimize costs.
- Creating and monitoring internal auditing procedures.
- Communicating effectively with cash and billing staff across branches to ensure timely remittance of cash.
- Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Administering internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Handling queries related to accounts and preparing error-free accounting reports
