We are looking for a competent Admin Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. He will oversee all clerical tasks, such as organizing the office and assisting associates in optimizing processes. He will keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials, run errands and ensure the office is running correctly, and will also ensure that the workplace is neat and clean for visitors or clients. 

Competency / Skill / Requirements

  • SSCE holder
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and a good eye for detail
  • Be a good problem solver
  • Must live in Isolo or environs 
  • Must be Female

  • Keep office and office equipment clean
  • Perform routine maintenance of office equipments
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
  • Maintaining files
  • Taking and delivering messages
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying, and printing
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Perform other tasks that might be assigned on the job
