  • Assist in addressing guest concerns, special requests, and reservations, ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to enhance the guest experience.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in budget preparation and management for administrative operations.
  • Monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities

Staff Recruitment:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding for new staff.
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming integration for new employees.

Training and Development:

  • Plan and implement staff training and development programs.
  • Promote continuous learning and growth opportunities for employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations, address concerns, and ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
