Our Client, a reputable Gym and Fitness Centre in Ajah, Lagos State seeks to hire a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of an Administrative Officer. To assist in the management of the fitness studio with specific management responsibilities for client services and facilities management.

  • Must hold OND, HND, or BSc degree in any discipline

Job Description
  1. Client Service and Service Delivery
  2. Provide Fitness support
  3. Members Supervision
  4. Management of Facilities/Equipment
  5. Generate purchase orders
  6. Answer phones, speak with customers and vendors
  7. Replenish office supplies
  8. Maintain proper selling price margins in ERP system
  9. Handle all incoming vendor invoices
  10. Support and complete divisional projects related to costing, process improvement, and organization
