Remuneration
N90,000 Monthly.
- Inspect the trampoline before each use and replace any worn, defective, or missing parts, Checklist should be submitted daily to Line Manager.
- Carry out routine checks around the facility via checklist issued by Line Manager, report any repairs or wear and tear.
- Assist with painting, plastering and filling of gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.).
- Carry out minor repairs or carpentry duties as required; identify and report the need for major repairs.
- Participate in assembly or moving furniture, equipment or other items around the facility.
- Maintain property and equipment by conducting regular inspections to determine need and extent of service and equipment required, type of operation, and maintenance needed; take prompt corrective and preventive action as necessary.
- Champion and promote cost and energy saving measures as designed by the Line Manager within the facility.
- Adhere to daily facility shutdown checklist and ensure that all electrical appliances/machinery around the facility are power down/turned off properly.
- Provide support during utility emergencies in the premise; Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
- Attend departmental toolbox talks/SOP reviewed meeting and prepare activity report as required by the Line Manager.
- Adhere strictly to professional statutory and regulatory requirements in the use of tools and safety requirements.
- Assists in implementing all emergency procedures around UPBEAT.
