          The Role

          • The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
          • By using a consultative approach to selling, you will be speaking with potential new customers, understanding their tuition requirements, and finding the perfect tutor for their child.
          • You will work closely with the Head of Sales to rapidly grow Edukoya’s tutoring services in a repeatable and scalable way.
          • Key Roles

            • Familiarize yourself with all Edukoya products.
            • Identify the best package or subscription for each new family and work quickly to close the deal so you can hit or exceed your target.
            • Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming sales enquiries received by phone, email and other formats.
            • Professionally manage existing customers to actualize retention and referrals.
            • Accurately record all interactions with customers in the CRM System
            • Upsell and cross-sell all products / services
            • Meeting individual KPIs consistently including quality target
            • Adhere to internal sales processes & customers service processes
