The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, you will be speaking with potential new customers, understanding their tuition requirements, and finding the perfect tutor for their child. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to rapidly grow Edukoya’s tutoring services in a repeatable and scalable way. Familiarize yourself with all Edukoya products. Identify the best package or subscription for each new family and work quickly to close the deal so you can hit or exceed your target. Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming sales enquiries received by phone, email and other formats. Professionally manage existing customers to actualize retention and referrals. Accurately record all interactions with customers in the CRM System Upsell and cross-sell all products / services Meeting individual KPIs consistently including quality target Adhere to internal sales processes & customers service processes
