- Provides technical support in identifying, investigating, and resolving users’ problems
- Monitoring payment channels including but not limited to Banking, Switching Companies, FinTech, Payment System Service Provider (PSSP), PTSP
- Ensure payment channels has a stable connection with the system and provide quick response to any channel related issue.
- Work closely with the Operations team to suggest and recommend new initiatives that could improve customers experience with the usage of our mobile application and payment system.
- Prepare competitors’ product comparative analysis and identifying areas for improvement of the company's product and channel capabilities.
