  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least three years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in supporting and managing financial (cards) transaction processing systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of card payment systems and transaction process flow.
  • Strong work ethic and service mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, investigation, and addressing application issues.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging.
  • Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet packages, preferably Microsoft Excel.

  • Monitor, support, and optimize production systems and services.
  • Investigate and resolve system downtime affecting channels and card payment applications.
  • Provide technical support for identifying and resolving transaction-related issues.
  • Proactively monitor processes and transactions to identify potential glitches.
  • Maintain stable connections with service providers/switching partners for payment channels.
  • Collaborate with the technology and product management team to suggest improvements for customer experiences.
  • Track and resolve downtimes on any of the payment channels.
  • Analyze and interpret application logs to resolve identified issues.
  • Engage with switching partners for prompt issue resolution.
