Chief Finance Office

Metwest group is involved in Steel manufacturing, mining and recycling, and exporting non-ferrous metals. We are looking for a Nigerian national to be based in Lagos/ Asaba to join as CFO. The ideal candidate shall be chartered accountant / MBA Finance from a reputed Nigerian or foreign university. A basic degree in accounting or engineering would be an added advantage. Candidate shall have minimum total of 12 years and min of 4 years' experience as Finance controller or CFO is a medium to large company. People having experience in manufacturing or banking shall have an advantage. He or She shall have raised debt and/or equity in his recent past experience. Young, performance driven and energetic candidates with extensive network in Banks, Private equity firms, multilateral funding agencies shall apply.

1. Working capital management including creating and maintaining relationships with financial institutions on a continuous basis.

2. Project Finance- Preparing project report for new expansions and projects and raising capex and opex for the same.

3. Financial MIS - Design and implement financial MIS to be shared with CEO and the Board.

4. Accounting Systems: Designing, implementing and improving the existing systems.
