Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Tests and Assessments, ensure they are developed in line with global standards: British Psychological Society and International Test Commission
  • Create, Standardize and Deploy Test Batteries for various use cases
  • Contribute to the company’s testing objectives with regard to new product introduction and process improvement
  • Perform descriptive and multivariate statistical analyses of data, using computer software
  • Prepare tables, graphs, fact sheets, and written reports summarizing research results
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
  • Partner with marketing department to ensure already serviced and prospective clients are constantly engaged with marketing info, proposals and newsletters on products and services
  • Manage acquired mandates on products and services, details and ensures the processes involved in carrying out a successful job is adhered to from the sale of the product or service to invoicing
