Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to enquiries about the company and its services
- Forward incoming administrative mails to respective staff or units.
- Respond to rate requests and liaise with Client Services Unit when necessary
- Manage the relationship between the organization and clients.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints as fast as possible
- Reference all quotations sent out to the clients as requested
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
- Handle all possible complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow established communication or client service procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Perform other assigned functions.
