Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and specialised solutions for customer inquiries via phone, email, on-line chat and one-one communication etc.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to realise customers’ satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Direct or route customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution..
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Handle dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion.
  • Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
