Description

  • Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a dynamic and vibrant environment? Our restaurant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Runner to join our team.
  • As a Bar Runner, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area and delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.

Duties

  • Supporting Bartenders: Assist our skilled bartenders by replenishing supplies such as ice, garnishes, and glassware, ensuring they have everything they need to craft delicious cocktails and beverages.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Uphold our high standards of cleanliness by regularly clearing empty glasses and bottles, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash. Keep our bar area sparkling clean and inviting for our guests.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, answering questions about the menuOrganizing Bar Area: Help maintain an organized and efficient bar area by arranging bottles, ingredients, and tools for easy access. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
  • Assisting with Orders: Support bartenders during busy periods by helping to prepare simple drinks or cocktails, ensuring that orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
  • Adhering to Regulations: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including responsible handling of alcohol and adherence to age restrictions when serving customers.
