Qualifications
- Holder of a good honours Degree in a relevant field with at least 21 years post- qualification cognate experience.
- Master's Degree plus 18 years post-qualification cognate experience. Doctoral degree plus 15 years post qualification cognate experience
- Must be a fully registered professional in relevant field.
- Attainment of position of Chief Quantity Surveyor / Chief Architect / Chief Builder / Chief Town Planner / Chief Estate Surveyor may be an added advantage.

Duties
- Responsible to the Rector.
- Controlling of the Physical Planning Unit
- Formulating vissional strategies to achieve the institutional goals.
- Planning and controlling the technical activities of the Physical Planning Unit of the Polytechnic.
- Advising the Rector on the status of the acquired polytechnic assets in terms of quality and quantity as the case may be.
- Preparing the Departmental budget and exercising budgetary controls.
- Performing other duties as may be assigned.
