Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (Demsa)

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for electrical maintenance, repair, and servicing of all existing equipment on the rice processing and milling plant.Job

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma, bachelor’s degree, HND in any electrical engineering electrical, technical, or related degree from an accredited university or polytechnic.
  
• At 8 years’ experience with at least 5 years in an electrical maintenance supervisory role.
  
• Experience in operating of Generators Autocorrect (DG) machines.
  
• Experience managing electrical activities for plants, yards or production companies.
  
• Familiar with testing and inspecting of electrical equipment, control systems and installations.
  
• Knowledge of planned, preventive maintenance processes.
  
• Familiarity with various electrical tools for operations within a rice mill.
  
• Good communication skills.
  
• Strong supervisory skills.
  
• High sense of responsibility, accountability and dependability.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  
• Ability to exercise independent judgement.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent organization and management skills.
