You must have excellent leadership and training skills and ability to work on your own and also work well with others.
You must be thorough and attentive to detail. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
Good time management skills and physical coordination and dexterity are essential for the role.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating production machines. You will ensure that the working environment is safe and that all employees understand how to use the machines according to company policies. You will be responsible for completing tasks within your production line.
