- Participate in the recruiting, training, coaching, mentorIng & supervisIng of Field Sales Agents (FSAs) to meet the set targets in line with Prospa business goals.
- Design Sales and Marketing strategy for the Team to ensure Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly sales targets are reached.
- Monitor and deliver set sales targets within the designated territory.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets of our products by developing local networks.
- Uphold the brand values of Prospa, including ensuring the standards and guidelines are adhered to.
- Keenly monitor, evaluate, and support FSAs to meet the performance standards
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining contact with Members to better understand and fulfil their needs.
- Using insights derived from performance reviews and market research to tweak systems, as needed.
- Hosting ongoing training to ensure that employees are familiar with our product releases
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Report and provide feedback to regional manager using financial statistical data
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
