  • Keep front work area clean and respectable with all important material (pens, structures, paper and so on.).

  • Get letters, bundles and so on and convey them.

  • Get ready active mail by drafting correspondence, getting bundles and so on.

  • Check, sort and forward messages.

  • Screen office supplies and spot orders when fundamental.

  • Keep refreshed records and documents.

  • Screen office costs and expenses.

  • Take up different obligations as relegated (travel game plans, plans and so forth.).
