Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation Management, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a sporting facility, Gym or similar environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patrons, staff, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of sports rules and regulations, as well as experience coordinating sporting events and leagues.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
