  • Must be a B.Sc or HND holder.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience.
  • Must have experience in Creative Arts and Social Media.
  • Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working directly with developers to implement designs.
  • Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
  • Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
  • Photo and video editing expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques.
  • Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing.
  • A good understanding of visual design principles.
  • Proven digital content skills.
  • Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.
  • Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

  • Manage production of products, custom banners, t-shirts, from concept to final product.
  • Design brochures and advertising material.
  • Design Training and Marketing's materials, including PowerPoint presentations,
  • Produce corporate identity systems and collateral print materials, print advertising, product/capabilities brochures, direct mail and newsletters.
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly newsletters.
  • Create cleaner HTML email templates and help others within the team.
  • Create and design email templates, and hand coding for email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop various magazine ads, posters, newsletters, and website maintenance for clients both locally and internationally.
  • Manage social media pages of our clients, support in content development.
  • Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.
  • Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Test assets and optimize based on their performance.
  • Iterate new designs based on company’s feedback.
  • Create digital assets video, images, animation and graphics for platforms (social, display advertising, websites).
  • Design and develop homepages, landing pages, and email concepts.
  • Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.
  • Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation.
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
  • Amend designs after feedback.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.
  • Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.
