  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration from a recognized institution
  • M.Sc or MBA or professional qualification is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 8+ years of marketing experience; B2B and/or financial technology, banking,and Fin-tech Sector
  • You are extremely client-centric, highly organized like to work in a fast-paced organization and pay specific attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Fin-tech products (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience in setting sales goals and meeting them
  • Proven Ability to lead a team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Lead customer acquisition, monetization, and retention across all channels while working closely with the sales, product, customer success, and content teams
  • Conceive, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive overall customer growth in line with our brand strategy and financial goals.
  • Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI.
  • Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels including (but not limited to): paid, social, paid search, content, direct, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, and video.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives drive profitable acquisition. Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to understand our customers better and use those insights while designing marketing campaigns.
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance.
  • Maintain a CRM platform with all relevant information relating to sales engagement with customers and prospects
  • Manage the sales lifecycle - meaning building an active pipeline, developing client proposals, arranging demos, and creating commercially successful long-term relationships.
