Inventory Supervisor is responsible for implementing set controls over inventory across multiple locations.
1. Ensure compliance to laid down inventory procedures across all cinema sites
2. Record and track stock levels using retail software
3. Undertake the function of stock taking and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the stock controllers
4. Responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions
5. Carry out periodic and ad-hoc audits of physical stock at the sites, through reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
