- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly and effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory management.
- Provide remote support to remote or off-site employees using remote desktop tools and VPN connections.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless connections.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance, such as cleaning, equipment inspections, and component replacement (e.g., RAM, hard drives).
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical issues and projects.
