• We are currently seeking an experienced Manager and instrumentation to join their our Ibese Cement Plant.
  
• This role will for the cement mills implementation of instrumentation engineering and maintenance policies with company SOPs to ensure optimal plant availability for production.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  
• At least 8 years of experience in an instrumentation engineering role, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  
• Knowledge of current instrumentation technology, standards, codes, and regulations related to construction projects.
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
  
• Proactive problem solver with good analytical and decision-making abilities.
  
• Ability to organize and execute multiple projects with competing priorities.
  
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

• Develop and maintain instrumentation systems and procedures for construction projects in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  
• Oversee the design, installation, calibration and maintenance of all instrumentation systems in use.
  
• Develop instrumentation system operational procedures and ensure all instrumentation technicians are trained in their use.
  
• Coordinate instrumentation system repairs and upgrades with external contractors and suppliers.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  
• Supervise all instrumentation activities within the construction team and provide technical support when necessary.
  
• Prepare and control budgets for instrumentation engineering projects
