Description
- We are currently seeking an experienced Manager and instrumentation to join their our Ibese Cement Plant.
- This role will for the cement mills implementation of instrumentation engineering and maintenance policies with company SOPs to ensure optimal plant availability for production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in an instrumentation engineering role, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of current instrumentation technology, standards, codes, and regulations related to construction projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
- Proactive problem solver with good analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to organize and execute multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

- Develop and maintain instrumentation systems and procedures for construction projects in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Oversee the design, installation, calibration and maintenance of all instrumentation systems in use.
- Develop instrumentation system operational procedures and ensure all instrumentation technicians are trained in their use.
- Coordinate instrumentation system repairs and upgrades with external contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Supervise all instrumentation activities within the construction team and provide technical support when necessary.
- Prepare and control budgets for instrumentation engineering projects
