- Provide stable and working Tariffs and easy subscription solutions to customers.
- Ensure Tariff Monetization engine implementation
- Ensure e2e automation of integration for 3rd parties
- Provide integration parameters and plug ins for developers to connect and also to consume APIs from backend systems.
- Ensure that new business requirements have gone through the pipeline for analysis and design for subsequent implementation.
- Organize regular engagement with vendor to review improvement areas for all APIs exposed internally and externally.
- Ensure product subscriptions success rate and charging correctness of 99.9%
- Deliver Product Configurations for new and existing products and Tariffs.
- Provide support for Subscriptions solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all architectural designs, configurations and implementations done for every integration requirement.
- Support onboarding integration of third parties service and content providers.
- Support in investigating and correcting tariff errors and product inconsistencies.
- Align with Revenue Assurance and Marketing to implement appropriate promotions as and when may be required.
- Provide automations and scheduling of shell scripts to help realize customer tariffs based on recharge and other conditions.
- Support in the setup of subscriptions and Tariffs during testing and go-live.
- Ensure the appropriate generation of CDRs for all products and promotions and support the RA and DAAS teams to identify the right parameters for reporting.
- Review performance of individual team members and complete appraisals in accordance with the employee performance appraisal procedures and time schedules.
