Qualifications

- Conduct routine and advanced microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Gather samples from various stages of production and storage, adhering to established sampling protocols and ensuring traceability.
- Analyze test results and interpret findings, promptly identifying any deviations from established quality standards, and report non-conformities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped microbiology laboratory within the processing plant to ensure accurate results and compliance with food safety norms.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures, continually seeking opportunities to improve microbiological testing processes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of test results, standard operating procedures, and laboratory documentation to meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards in the FMCG industry, ensuring that the company's products are in full compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
- Work with the Research and Development team to evaluate and implement new microbiological testing methods and technologies to improve product quality.
- Effectively communicate findings, concerns, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, Production, and Research and Development, to drive corrective actions and improvements
