Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimise organisational processes to enhance efficiency, resource utilisation, and effectiveness.
- Team Management: Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, financial transactions, and fundraising efforts to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Resource Coordination: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and facilities, to support the various artistic programs and activities.
- Program Support: Collaborate with program managers to facilitate the successful execution of arts programs, ensuring they align with our mission and goals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies, including safety and child protection protocols.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with partners, donors, volunteers, and other stakeholders to support the Foundation's mission.

Requirements:
