As an Art Instructor specializing in one of the following areas - Dance and Drama, Textile Design, Painting, or Craft - you will play a pivotal role in nurturing creativity and artistic skills among our young participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructing and Inspiring: Develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate art lessons in your specialized field, fostering a love for the arts and encouraging artistic expression.
  
• Skill Enhancement: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them improve their techniques, creativity, and understanding of the chosen art form.
  
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to developing and refining the curriculum, ensuring it aligns with our mission and goals.
  
• Creativity Promotion: Encourage and support students in exploring their creativity, experimenting with new ideas, and showcasing their talents.
  
• Safety and Inclusivity: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students, adhering to our organization's values and policies.

Requirements:
