- Provide comprehensive drug information to walk-in clients, including dosages, proper usage, and potential side effects.

- Monitor the client's responses to prescribed medications and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Participate in training and supervising pharmacy support staff to ensure compliance with best practices and safety standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of medication dispensing and client interactions.
