Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fiels with 2 - 3 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater and/or Spray Painter (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, including welding
  • Experience with a variety of body repair tools and equipment
  • Excellent spray painting skills and knowledge of paint mixing
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license

  • Assess vehicle damage and determine the most effective repair strategy.
  • Dismantle and reassemble vehicle parts as needed.
  • Repair or replace damaged body panels using metalworking techniques.
  • Apply body filler, sanding, and prepping repaired areas for paint.
  • Mix and apply paint to match the vehicle's original finish.
  • Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and timelines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
