We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager with a strong background in card issuing to join our dynamic fintech team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the card issuance landscape, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of successfully bringing innovative card products to market. The Product Manager will play a key role in assisting with defining and executing the card issuance product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the product roadmap to meet business objectives. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive card issuance product strategy aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer needs. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation. Roadmap Planning and Execution: Create and manage the card issuance product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to drive product development and successful product launches. Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with product goals. User Experience and Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly card issuance experiences. Incorporate user feedback and data analytics to continuously improve and optimize the product. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory requirements related to card issuance. Work closely with compliance teams to ensure the product meets all necessary legal and regulatory standards. Performance Analysis: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the card issuance product.
